On Earth Day, we kicked off our new storytelling series, Solving Plastic. And it's just the beginning. We’ll continue to bring you innovations that redesign the throwaway culture that created the plastic crisis in the first place, significantly reduce the amount of plastic we produce overall, and establish a re-use economy that benefits all of us. 

Our Emmy-winning documentary, The Story of Plastic, laid out the problem for everyone to see. So now, we're talking solutions. We are so excited to bring you this look into viable, simpler, and effective solutions that drive us away from plastic pollution, and towards real systems change.

When researching our new Plastic Solutions stories, we found one thing in common across the categories of Refill, Reuse, and Redesign: real solutions are all about working with our fellow community members. There’s an underlying message that we take the time to appreciate all the effort and materials that went into creating a piece of Stuff -- knowing that when we throw it away, it doesn’t actually go “away.”
